The President
shall preside at all meetings of the club. The President shall serve as
liaison officer between the club and the National Association of Miniature
Enthusiasts (NAME) or shall appoint a liaison officer.
The Vice
President, in the absence of the president, shall assume the president’s
duties and will also serve as Program Chairperson, to organize club meeting
projects.
The Secretary
shall keep a record of the club meeting and shall maintain a roster of
members and planned activities of the club. The Secretary shall prepare and
mail/e-mail a monthly newsletter to each member.
The Treasurer
shall collect dues from the members. The dues shall be collected in January
of each year. The Treasurer shall keep an account of member’s
dues paid. The treasurer shall present a treasurer’s report to
the club members at the end of each fiscal year (January meeting).
The
President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer have the option of being
excluded from paying dues during their term of office. |
